Just read, but it goes on and on. The idea is that there are certain tropes/themes that appear in all kinds of media, and they identify them and list examples. For instance, I saw it first when someone was discussing the use of what the site calls the Crystal Dragon Jesus. From there I just started clicking links, and I'm still at it. There is a ton of discussion on the Buffyverse, probably Bones too.
